When can I get my delivery?

Order 24/7 for delivery in 1/2 working days (depending on what you’ve ordered) Monday to Friday between 12 and 3 or as arranged.

Where do you deliver?

Shop4You serves the South Peninsula from Noordhoek to St James southwards for all listed products.

Non-edible products are available for delivery countrywide as per The Courier Guy serviced areas. Depending on where you are, delivery costs for non-edibles will vary and are calculated at checkout once you have entered your address.

How do I pay for my grocery shopping and delivery order?

PayFast is our South African payment gateway of choice. Payments made through their interface clear instantly using your debit or credit card.

You will be directed to PayFast at checkout to make your payment, and brought back to Shop4You when the transaction is completed. Shop4You never deals with your debit or credit card information.

Alternatively, pay by EFT. Your order will be confirmed when your payment has been received. Shop4You is with FNB.

How much does delivery cost?

Get free delivery for all orders over R350 🙂 There is a R20 basic delivery charge for purchases below R200, and a R10 extra delivery charge from Simonstown and Red Hill southwards.

Can I purchase your online products if I'm not on the South Peninsula?

By arrangement, yes. We use The Courier Guy, excluding Prints and Art, for which Aramex offers a specific service.

Can I change or cancel my delivery time after I have placed my order?

Yes, but you must call and speak with the person on duty to make the change. The latest you can cancel or make changes is 1 hour after ordering.

How can I return an item?

Our aim is to provide a consistently high quality of service. If you need to return an item which is damaged or is unacceptable through no fault of yours, we will replace the item or refund you. All items must be checked for damage before signing for a delivery, to avoid this situation as far as possible.

Order fresh produce and locally made products from good local suppliers… and get free delivery for orders over R200. Pay a minimal flat rate for delivery for order totals below that.
